Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment we would be more than happy to reschedule for an alternative date, if applicable. Please give us as much notice as possible to rearrange/cancel. Please note if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice to your booked appointment time you will be charged a £15 late cancellation / No show fee.
