FAQ

Got some questions? See our top asked questions below, if you can't find an answer then drop us a message and we'll get back to you.

Ideally 12-18 months before your wedding. It is never too early to start shopping if its right for you. We have some of the worlds leading bridal designers and we can order all gowns to arrive within a 6-9 months, you should allow a further 8-12 weeks for alterations.
If you have less than 6 months as we are able to get certain designers and styles in much quicker for an additional cost and we also have samples available to purchase off the rack that you can take home the same day.

Do I need to have an appointment?

We would prefer you to book an appointment where possible as this allows us to dedicate our full attention to you.
If you require a late evening appointment which is out of hours, please get in touch and we will try and make this happen for you.

What should I bring with me?

You don't need to bring anything with you. We recommend wearing nude underwear and a strapless bra to try on the dresses, however most dresses do have built in cups so you won't need to wear a bra if you don't want to. You may wish to bring along your wedding shoes if you already have them, however we do have shoes in sizes 3-8 to try on in the shop.

Who can I bring with me?

We recommend only bringing your closest family and friends, having too many opinions can be overwhelming.
Ideally a maximum of 3. Always bring the people you need with you to help you choose your dress. Think carefully about rearranging should one not be there. Trying on the one for the first time, is a wonderful experience and a moment that cannot be replicated again. If you feel you need more than the suggested number please contact us to confirm so that we can try and accommodate everyone.

Do you have a seamstress?

We have a local recommended seamstress who does all of our alterations. If you are a bride who is travelling to visit us then we can recommend other seamstresses closer to your location.

Alterations costs are not included in the price of your wedding dress and will vary depending on the dress.

Please note, we are not in contractual agreements with any recommended seamstresses.
